Taught by Khushi Malhotra.
Join Khushi in the exploration of Krishnamacharya's Vinyasa Krama sequences. These graceful and powerful sequences of over 800 asanas steadily build the practitioners inner awareness until easeful and joyful concentration is achieved for meditation. Vinyasa Krama follows the parameters of steadiness, ease, right effort, and complete absorption on the infinite nature of the breath. We will practice asana, pranayama, mudra, and bandhas as taught to Khushi by her teacher Srivatsa Ramaswami, who studied under Krishnamacharya for over 30 years. All are welcome!
February 7th, 14th, 21st and 29th. 4pm-5:15pm.
